٣٥٨٥ - ز - سليمان بن إسرائيل الخُجَنْدي، أبو عبد الله. سمع عَبْد بن حُمَيد، وعبد الله بن عبد الرحمن، وفتح بن عمر الوراق وغيرهم. قال الحاكم: حُدِّثْنا عنه بعجائب. قلت: فمنها عن الحسن بن العلاء العنبري، عن عبد الصمد بن حسان، عن الثوري، عن ابن المنكدر، عن جابر ﵁ رفعه: "المساجدُ سوقٌ من أسواق الآخرة، ومَنْ دخلها كان ضيفًا لِلَّه … " الحديث.
