٣٣٨٨ - ذ - سعد بن محمد بن الحسن بن عطية بن سعد العَوفي، عن أبيه وعمه الحُسَين بن الحسن، وفُلَيح في آخرين. روى عنه ابنه محمد، وابن أبي الدنيا، ومحمد بن غالب تَمْتَام، وغيرهم.قال أحمد فيه: جَهْمي. قال: ولو لم يكن هذا أيضًا لم يكن ممن يستأهل أن يُكتب عنه، ولا كان موضعًا لذاك. حكاه الخطيبُ.
