    ٣١٣٨ - ز- رجاء بن عبد الرحيم، أبو المَضَاء الهَرَوي القرشي، محدِّث رحَّال. سمع من أبي اليمان بحمص، وأبي مُسْهِر بدمشق، وأبي الوليد بالبصرة، وسعيد بن أبي مريم بمصر، وأبي تَوبة بحلب، وأبي نعيم بالكوفة، ومن غيرهم. روى عنه محمد بن عبد الرحيم صاعقة، وزَنْجُويه بن محمد اللَبَّاد، ومسدَّد بن قطَن، ومحمد بن سليمان بن فارس، وآخرون. روى عن القعنبي، عن مالك، عن زيد بن أسلم، عن أسلم، عن عمر ﵁ مرفوعًا: "إن من الشعر حِكْمة". وهو غريب جدًّا، تفرّد به. وقال الحاكم: كان كثير المناكير، حدَّث بنيسابور بعد الخمسين ومئتين.
