٢٩٦٥ - خلف بن عمر الهمَذَاني، عن الزبير بن عبد الواحد الأسداباذي، متَّهم، وهو المدائني الخيَّاط، أبو بكر. روى عنه أبو منصور محتَسِب همَذَان قال: حدثنا أبو محمد عبد الله بن هلال الزَّنجاني، حدثنا أبو مسلم الكَجّي، حدثنا أبو عاصم، حدثنا سفيان، عن الأعمش، عن زِرّ، عن عبد الله ﵁ مرفوعًا: "أبو بكرٍ تاجُ الإِسلام، وعمر حُلة الإِسلام، وعثمانُ إكليل الإِسلام، وعليّ طِيبُ الإِسلام". وهذا كذب، انتهى. قال ابن النَّجار: لا أدري الآفةُ منه أو من شيخه.
