    ٢٧٠٣ - الحكم بن مَصْقَلة، عن أنس بن مالك. قال الأزدي: كذاب. وقال البخاري: الحكم بن مَصْقَلة العبدي، عنده عجائب. ثم ذكر له * البخاري حديثًا موضوعًا، لكن فيه إسحاقُ بن بشر، فهو الآفة. فقال: حدثني عبد الله، حدثنا إسحاق بن بشر، حدثنا مُهاجر بن كثير، عن الحكم، عن أنس ﵁ مرفوعًا: "مَنْ أسرج في مسجد لم تَزَلْ حَمَلةُ العرش يستغفرون له، ومن أذَّن سبع سنين محتسبًا: حَرَّم الله لحمه ودَمَه على دَوابّ الأرض أن تأكُله في القَبْر".
