٢٦٩٨ - ز- الحكم بن أبي ليلى، هو الحكم بن ظُهَير الذي أخرج له الترمذي. قال ابن الدُّورقي، عن يحيى بن معين: كان مروانُ بن معاوية يروي عنه فيقول: الحكمُ بن أبي ليلى، ليُخفيَ أمره. وقال ابن أبي خيثمة، عن يحيى أيضًا: كان مروانُ يقول: حدثنا الحكمُ بن أبي خالد.
