    ٢٦٩٣ - الحكم بن عَمْرو الرُّعَيني، وقيل: ابن عُمر، روى عن قتادة، وعمر بن عبد العزيز (¬١).قال يحيى: ليس بشيء، لا يكتب حديثه. وقال النسائي: ضعيف. قلت: يروي عنه خالد بن مِرْداس، انتهى. وقال يعقوب بن سفيان: شاميّ ضعيف. وقال ابن معين أيضًا: ضعيف. وقال البغوي: حدثنا خالد بن مرداس، حدثنا الحكم بن عمرو الرُّعيني من أهل الشام قال: شهدتُ عمر بن عبد العزيز في زمانه وأنا ابنُ عشرين، وهَلَك منذ اثنتين وسبعين سنة. وروى عنه أيضًا يحيى بن صالح الوُحَاظي، ومنصور بن أبي مزاحم، ويَسَرَة بن صفوان. قاله أبو حاتم، وقال: وهو ضعيف. وذكره العُقَيلي، وابن الجارود في "الضعفاء". وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
