٢٢٦٣ - الحسن بن الحكم، عن شعبة، تُكلّم فيه ولم يُترَك، وهو الحَسَن بن الحكم بن طَهْمان، يروي أيضًا عن عمران بن حُدير. وعنه محمد بن حرب النَّشائي، ويوسف بن موسى، وغيرهما. ساق له ابن عدي حديثين، لكنهما معروفا المتن، انتهى. وقال: إنه قليلُ الحديث. وقال ابن أبي حاتم: يكنى أبا سعيد، ويعرف بابن أبي عَزّة (¬١)، وهو بَصْري، سكن الرَّي. وقال أبو حاتم: أهلُ البصرة لا يعرفونه لأنه مات قديمًا. روى عن هشام الدَّسْتَوائي، وحماد بن سلمة. وعنه يوسف بن موسى، وعبد الله بن الجَهْم، ويحيى بن المغيرة. قال أبو حاتم: ما أقربه من عبد الله بن العلاء بن خالد، وحديثُه صالح، ليس بذاك، يَضْطَرِب.
