١٢٢٦ - إسماعيل بن المُثَنَّى، شيخٌ حدَّث عنه سليمان بن قَرْم بحديثٍ في ذكر المُرْجِئة. قال البخاري: لا يُتابَع على حديثه، انتهى. وذكره ابن عدي في "الضعفاء"، ونَقَل عن البخاري أنه رَوَى عنه أيضًا جَهْضَمُ بنُ عبد الله. قال ابن عدي: ولا أعرفه إلَّا بهذا الحديث. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
