١٠٢٢ - ذ - إسحاق بن داود بن صَبِيح (¬١)، أبو يعقوب، البلخي، نزيل بغداد. روى عن داود بن المحبَّر، والقاسم بن الحكم العُرَني. وعنه أبو بكر بن محمد بن أبي شيبة البزَّاز، وأبو بكر أحمد بن محمد الصَّيْدَلاني. قال أبو عبد الله بن مَنْدَه في كتاب "الأسماء والكنى": كان صاحبَ مناكير.
