    ٨٨٧ - ز- أحمد بن هاشم بن الحَكَم، روى عن إسحاق بن إبراهيم الحُنَيني، عن مالك، عن عبد الله بن دينار، عن ابن عمر رفعه: "لا يَحْلِبَنَّ أحدٌ ماشيةَ أحدٍ إلَّا بإذنه … "، الحديث. وعنه أحمد بن نصر أبو طالب، سمع منه بأَنْطاكِيَّة. أورده الدارقطني في "غرائب مالك" وقال: وَهِمَ فيه أحمد، وكان كثير الوَهَم، وهو في "الموطأ" عن نافع.
