٦٥٥ - ز - أحمد بن علي بن علي بن عبد اللَّه بن سَلامة، أبو المَعَالي بن السَّمِين، سَمَّع نفسه من ابن البَطِر والطبقة، وكَتَب بخطه كثيرًا، وكانت فيه غَفْلة. قال ابن ناصر: أفسد سماعاته بأخَرَة، وكان أحمد بن إقبال [٤٦٦١] يشتري الأجزاءَ غير مسموعة، ويكتب اسمَ جماعة وهو مِنْهم على ورقة، ويُعطيهالابن السَّمين حتى ينقُلَها له إلى الجزء، فدَرَج (¬١) أحدُهما وهو ابن إقبال، وبقي الآخر، فلا يجوز السماعُ منه. قال ابن النجَّار: مات سنة ٥٤٩.
