٥٤٠ - ز- أحمد بن سليمان بن مروان البَعْلَبَكِّي، نزيلُ دمشق. عَرَض "الشاطبية" على السَّخَاوي، وحدَّث بها عنه، وقرأ عليه بعدة روايات. قال الذهبي في "طبقات القُرّاء": كان أحدَ عُدول القُضاة الضُّعفاء، مات سنة اثنتي عشرة وسبع مئة، وله خمسٌ وثمانون سنة.
