    عياض بن حمار المجاشعي التميمي. له صحبة ونزل البصرة، ولما وفد على النبي ﷺ أهدى له نجيبة، فقال: إنا نهينا أن نقبل زبد المشركين، فلما أسلم قبلها منه (¬٤). روى عنه العلاء بن زياد العدوي، ومطرف، ويزيد، ابنا عبد الله بن الشخير، والحسن البصري (¬٥). وله حديث طويل في صحيح مسلم (¬٦). ٦٩ - م ق:
