    وفاة عبد الله بن أبي بكر الصديق قيل: إنه أسلم قديما، لكن لم يسمع له بمشهد قبل، جرح يوم الطائف. رماه يومئذ بسهم أبو محجن الثقفي، فلم يزل يتألم منه، ثم اندمل الجرح، ثم إنه انتقض عليه. وتوفي في شوال سنة إحدى عشرة، ونزل في حفرته عمر، وطلحة، وعبد الرحمن بن أبي بكر أخوه. ذكره محمد بن جرير (¬٢) وغيره. وقيل: هو الذي كان يأتي بالطعام وبأخبار قرش إلى الغار تلك الليالي الثلاث.
