الشيخ أحمد بن محمد شمس الدين بن حسن بن يوسف الدمشقي الحنفي الخلوتي المعروف بالطباخ الشيخ الصالح الزاهد العابد الصوفي الخلوتي المتأصل في الطريقة عن آبائه وأجداده الكرام، والسادة العظام، وكان شيخ الطريقة الخلوتية بعد والده. مات ﵀ في الحادي والعشرين من ربيع الآخر سنة إحدى وتسعين ومائتين وألف ودفن عند قبر والده في مرج الدحداح.
