أحمد بن محمد بن زكريا بن الوليد بن عبد اللرحمن بن عبد الله ابن زيد بن مكيال مولى عبد العزيز بن مروان بن الحكم المكفوف، المعروف بالرصافي، قرطبي. سمع أحمد بن خالد، وأحمد بن زياد، ومحمد بن حكم، وكان مفتي أهل تلك الجهة، ومحدثهم. كتب عنه غير واحد. قال ابن الفرضي: كان صالحًا. توفي في صفر سنة أربع وستين وثلاثماية.
