    موسى بن الفرج قرطبي يلقب بالثلجيلي. روى عن أشهب بن عبد العزيز. قال خالد: كان فقيهًا في المسائل على مذهب مالك. قال ابن حارث: كان من أهل الفتيا. وكان أبو صالح يصفه بالفقه. قال ابن وضاح: أخبرني سحنون وزياد بن المبشر أن ابن القاسم دعا عليه. وقال: لأعرضنّه على الله بالبكور والأسحار. وكان دعاؤه عليه سبب ما مشى بينه وبين أشهب، حتى أفسد ما بينهما.
