(القاضي أبو بكر محمد بن علي بن حسين المخزومي) (¬١) المعروف بابن الحيني [¬١] بالحاء المهملة، كان من فقهاء قرطبة، شوور آخر أيام العامرية، فلما انقرضت دولة بني أمية، اتهمه بنو حمود بالعصبية لهم؛ وكان شديدًا في ذلك، فامتحن، وسجن، وأخرج من قرطبة، ثم رجع إليها، فمات في محرم (سنة) [¬٢] عشر وأربعمائة (¬٢).
