محمد بن أحمد بن خالد بن يزيد (¬٣٥٨) بن الحباب (¬٣٥٩) تقدم ذكر أبيه (¬٣٦٠)، قرطبى، يكنى أبا بكر، سمع من أبيه. قال ابن الفرضى [¬١]، ولا أعلمه روى عن غيره. قال أبو الوليد الباجي فيه، فقيه. وقال ابن الفرضى: كان قليل العلم روى عنه القاضي يونس. توفي سنة اثنين (¬٣٦١) وستين. وله كتاب فضل العلم [¬٢].
