محمد بن عبد الوهاب بن عباس بن ناصح الثقفى (¬٧٧٢) مولاهم، تقدم ذكر "بيته فى العلم والقضاء بالجزيرة الخضراء، وقد تقدم" (¬٧٧٣) ذكر أبيه (¬٧٧٤) وجده. ورحل مع ابن بدرون، فسمع من شيوخه، وكان فقيها حافظا للرأي، بصيرا بالفتيا والمذهب، عالما باللغة والاعراب والشعوب، شاعرا مشهورا بالعلم. ولى قضاء موضعه بعد أبيه وجده، فكانوا ثلاثة قضاة في نسق، أدبا، وعلما، وشعرا. ورابعهم عبد الوهاب بن محمد بن عبد الوهاب، فقيه حافظ، متصرف في الأعراب واللغة، شاعر، وقد تقدم ذكرهم. توفى سنة ثمان وعشرين، وبقى سؤدد العلم في بيتهم إلى وقتنا هذا. ***
