عميرة بن عبد الرحمان بن مروان العتقي أبو الفضل، يروى عن أصبغ وسحنون. قال ابن أبي دليم: وكان من العلماء. ذكره ابن أبي دليم في هذه الطبقة. وكذا نسبه أبو سعيد في تاريخ المغاربة، ولعله وهم. والأشبه به أنه أراد عميرة بن محمد بن مروان بن خطاب بن عبد الجبار بن خطاب بن مروان بن زيد، مولى عبد الله بن مروان، وليس هذا بعتقي.رحل مع أبيه وأخيه محمد، فسمعوا المدونة من سحنون، وسمع من أصبغ. توفي سنة ثمان وثلاثين. * * * ومنهم:
