زكرياء بن يحيى بن عبيد الله بن عبد الرحمان الثقفي من أهل قرطبة، يعرف بابن الشامة.سمع من قاسم بن هلال وغيره، ورحل فسمع من محمد بن المصفى (¬٤١٠) بالشام، ومن سليمان بن الحكم بالعراق، وكان موصوفا بالعلم والفضل والورع. وتوفى سنة ست وسبعين ومائتين. وأبوه يحيى: يكنى أبا زكرياء، ويقال أبا بكر، من أهل العلم، يروى عن ابن مزين.
