٩٥ - (ح) خالد بن خلي أبو القاسم الكلاعيُّ قاضي حمص ووالد محمد. ذكره صاحب «الزهرة» فقال: روى عنه البخاريُّ خمسة أحاديث، وليس هذا بخالد بن خلي الحمصيِّ الذي قتل النعمان بن بشير فيما ذكره الجعابيُّ في كتاب «الصحابة»؛ لتقدم ذاك على هذا، والله تعالى أعلم. وقال الخليليُّ في «الإرشاد» (¬٢): خالد بن خلي الحمصي ثقة.
