٧٦ - (د س ق) حي بن يُؤْمِن بن حُجَيْل بن حديج بن أسعد أبو عشانة المصري المعافريُّ. قال محمد بن سعد (¬٢): له أحاديث، وقد رُوي عنه. وذكره أبو حاتم ابن حبان في جملة الثقات (¬٣)، وقال: توفِّي سنة ثمان عشرة ومائة. وخرج حديثه في «صحيحه» (¬٤)، وقال: من ثقات أهل مصر (¬٥). وكذلك الحاكم (¬٦). ولما ذكره ابن خلفون في «الثقات» قال: اختلف في اسم أبي عشانة فقيل: اسمه حي. بالتكبير وقيل: حُيَي بالتصغير، وكان من العُبّاد. وذكره يعقوب بن سفيان في جملة الثقات (¬٧).
