    ٤٦ - (د ق) حُميد بن وهب أبو وهب القرشيُّ المكيُّ، ويقال: الكوفيُّ. قال المزيُّ: قال ابن حِبَّانَ: كان خرج عن حدِّ التَّعديل، لا يُحتجُّ به إذا انفرد.انتهى كلامه. وكأنه أخذه بوساطة، والذي في كتابه (¬١): كان ممن يخطئ حتى خرج عن حد التعديل ولم يغلب خطؤه وصوابه حتى يستحق الجرح، وهو ممن يحتج به إلا إذا انفرد. انتهى، وبين اللفظين فرقانٌ كبير لا يجوز نقل الأول عن أبي حاتم؛ لأنه لم يقله لفظًا ومعنًى، نعوذ بالله من الخطأ والزلل، ونستعين به في القول والعمل.
