    ٢٩ - (د) حُمَيْد بن حَمَّاد بن خوارٍ ويقال: ابن أبي الخوارِ. أبو الجهم التَّميميُّ ويقال: أبو الخير. ويقال: أبو سعيد. قال ابن عديٍّ (¬٥): والأول أصحُّ. الكوفيُّ ويقال: البَصريُّ. قال عبد الباقي بن قانع مات سنة خمس عشرة ومائتين، وهو ضعيف. وفي «تاريخ البخاريِّ» (¬٦): سمع تغلب بنت الخوار- يعني: عمته- وخرج الحاكم حديثه في «مستدركه» (¬٧) وفي «كتاب الآجري» (¬٨) عن أبي داود وكتاب «السنن» (¬٩) حميد بن خوار.
