    ١٦٤ - (فق) الحكم بن أبي خالد، يقال: إنه الحكم بن ظهير الفزاري. كذا ذكره المزي، وما أظن له سلفا في ذلك إلا عبد الغني بن سعيد. والذين ذكروا الحكم بن ظهير كنوا أباه: أبا ليلى، ثم لم أر من [كناه أبا خالد] (¬٣)، والمزي نفسه كناه كذلك، ولكنه غفل عنه هنا، ولم أر أحدا جمع بينهما كما قاله، وكل من رأيت فرق بينهما. هذا ابن حبان الذي نقل توثيقه من عنده فرق بينهما (¬٤). وكذلك البخاري، ومن يكثر تعدادهم (¬٥)، والله أعلم.
