١٢٩١ - يوسف بن محمد بن عبد اللطيف بن محمد بن محمد بن نصر اللّه بن المغيزل الحموي الشافعي ولد سنة ٦٨ وسمع من ابن ابى عمر وغيره وتفقه فمهر وفاق الاقران وافتى ودرس قال شمس الدين ابن النصيبى كنت مرة عند القاضى شرف الدين ابن البارزى بحماة وعنده صدر الدين ابن الوكيل وصلاح الدين ابن المغيزل فتباخثا من بكرة الى ان اذن الظهر فقال لهما القاضى شرف الدين طول اللّه للمسلمين فى عمر كماسرورا بهما وقال الذهبى كان مفتيا مناظرا له محفوظات وفضائل مات فى جمادى الآخرة سنة ٧١٩ *
