٧٠٧ - محمد بن مسعود بن ايوب بن مسعود بن ابى الفضل بن ايوب التوزى ثم الحلبى الشافعى بدر الدين ولد سنة ٦٣٣ بحلب وسمع من الصدر البكرى وخطيب مردا وابراهيم بن خليل وصقر بن يحيى والكفرطابى وطلب بنفسه وخرج اربعين حديثا عن اربعين شيخا واقام بحمص وصار محدثها وناب فى الحكم بها عن القاضى تقى الدين الجعبرى وولى مشيخة الخانقاه ومات فى رمضان سنة ٧٠٥ اخذ عنه البرزالى وقال وصفه لى شيخنا ابن الظاهرى بالدين والخير *
