    ٢٠٧ - محمد بن على بن عبد اللّه اليمنى (¬٦) شمس الدين ابو القاسم اقام بمصر مدة ملازما للقاضى عزّ الدين ابن جماعة ثم ولى درس القراءات بالشيخونيةالى ان وقع بينه وبين الشيخ اكمل الدين فخرج الى الشام فاستوطنها واحسن اليه التقى السبكى قال ابن حجى كان فاضلا يستحضر اشياء من غريب الحديث واسماء الرجال وفقه الشافعية ينقل ذلك من كتاب البيان وكان يرويه باسناد له فى مصنفه وكان فاضلا ملازما خضب لحيته بالحناء مات فى المحرم سنة ٧٧٩ (¬١) عن ستين سنة قلت وكان مشهورا بكنيته وقفت على جزء له فى وجوب ترتيب كلمات التشهد دال على سعة اطلاع ومعرفة باصول الفقه *
