    ١٣٥ - محمد بن عثمان بن … (¬١) الصرخدى المعروف بالقاضى تاج الدين الكركى ولد سنة عشر وسبعمائة وتفقه على ابن الفركاح بدمشق وعلى البارزى بحماة حتى برع وشارك فى الاصول والعربية وولى قضاء المدينة فى آخر سنة ستين وسبعمائة فباشر بسياسة ورياسة وخلق رضي وتحبب الى الطلبة والخدام وفوض امور الاوقاف لشيخ الخدام (¬٢) افتخار الدين ياقوت ثم حاول انه يرجع ذلك فلم يستطع وتمالوا عليه فحج سنة ٦٥ وتوجه الى القاهرة وحدث عن الحجار وناب فى الحكم ومات بمصر فى … (¬٣) *
