    ٩١٠ - محمد بن احمد بن علي البطروجى قال ابن الخطيب كان يشارك فى مبادئ العربية وكان يكتب الوثائق للقاضي ابى البركات ثم ابعده وانتقل الى رندة ثم عاد الى مالقة ثم ولى الخطابة بغرناطة بعناية السلطان ابى الحجاج واستقر اخيرا بسلا ثم بالغ ابن الخطيب فى الغض منه والحط عليه وبقي بعد ابن الخطيب زمانا *
