٩٠٣ - محمد بن احمد بن على بن عبد الرحمن الحجازى ثم المصرى الرفاء الشيخ شمس الدين ولد سنة ٧٢١ تقريبا وسمع من الدلاصى والميدومى والقلانسي وجماعة واكثر عن العز ابن جماعة وحدث وكان ساكنا منجمعا كثير المجاورة وكان يلقب حمام الحرم وكان يذكر انه سمع المدخل لابى عبد اللّه بن الحاج منه ومات فى جمادى الاولى سنة ٧٩٢ *
