    ٨٩٦ - محمد بن احمد بن عثمان التسترى (¬٢) الاصل المدنى ابو عبد اللّه شمس الدين ولد بطيبة سنة ٧١٠ فى ربيع الاول وسمع من ابى عبد اللّه ابن حريث كتاب الشفاء فكان خاتمة اصحابه واجاز له عبد الرحمن بن مخلوف وعمر بن يحيى العتبى والوانى والدبوسي وزينب بنت شكر فى آخرين وكان صالحا خيرا وحدث عن الجمال المطرى وحدث فى حلب فى سنة ٧٧٣ سمع منه بها برهان الدين سبط ابن العجمى ومات ليلة النصف من شعبان سنة ٧٨٥ *
