    ٤٢٤ - عمر بن علي بن موسى بن خليل البغدادى الازجى البزار سراج الدين ابو حفص جد صاحبنا قاضى الحنابلة محب الدين احمد بن نصر اللّه البغدادى لامه ولد سنة ٦٨٨ (¬١) تقريبا وسمع من إسماعيل بن الطبال وعلي بن ابى القاسم وهو اخو الرشيد وابن الدواليبى وجماعة وعنى بالحديث ورحل الى دمشق فقرأ بها على ابى العباس ابن الشحنة وجالس ابن تيمية واخذ عنه وكان تلا ببغداد على عبد اللّه بن عبد المؤمن وغيره وحج مرارا واعاد بالمستنصرية وام (¬٢) بجامع الخليفة ثم وكان حسن القراءة له عبادة وبهجة (¬٣) وصنف فى الحديث والفقه والرقائق وحج من بغداد فمات فى الطريق فى ذى القعدة (¬٤) سنة ٧٤٩ ذكره ابن رجب فى طبقاته *
