٤٠٢ - عمر بن عبد العزيز بن محمد بن احمد بن عبد اللّه بن ابى جرادة العقيلى القاضى كمال الدين ابن العديم قاضى حلب ولد سنة ٦٧٠ تقريبا ومات سنة ٧٢٠ وقد مدحه جمال الدين ابن نباتة وغيره وولي قضاء حلبعشر سنين وكان اول من اضيف فى حماة الى القاضى الشافعي ولم يكن بها الا قاض واحد الى سنة عشر فجدد فيها حنفي وهو هذا ثم اضيف اليهما (¬١) مالكى وحنبلى (¬٢) فاتفق وقوع نحو ذلك بمكة المشرفة بعد نحو تسعين سنة *
