    ٣١٢ - علي بن هبة اللّه بن احمد بن ابراهيم بن حمزة نور الدين ابن شهاب الدين الاسنائى الفقيه الشافعى تفقه على بهاء الدين القفطى والشيخ جلال الدينالدشناوى وبرع فى الفقه وكتب الروضة بخطه وكان يستحضر غالبها وهو اول من ادخلها الى قوص وانتهت اليه رياسة الفتوى بقوص ودرس بعدة مدارس وصاهر الصاحب نجم الدين الاصفونى فلما مات هرب اصحابه فغاب هو سبعين يوما فحفظ فيها المنتخب فى الاصول وكان يحفظ مختصر مسلم للمنذرى وجرت له محنة بسبب الحاق اطفال من نصرانى بجدلهم اسلم فيقال انهم دسوا عليه من سقاه سما فمات فى سنة ٧٠٧ *
