    ٢١٢٢ - عبد اللّه بن إسماعيل بن ابى صالح الدمشقى ثم الحلبى الكاتب امين الدين ولد فى رمضان (¬٢) سنة ٦٢٥ بدمشق وانتقل مع ابيه صغيرا الى حلب وخدم فى الجهات الديوانية قال البرزالى فى معجمه اشتهر (¬٣) بالكفاءة والامانة ومعرفة الكتابة فاسلم (¬٤) فى اول ذى الحجة سنة ٥٤ واقام بمصر مدة واتصل بحسام الدين طرنطاى فتولى ديوانه وحج فى سنة ٨٦ قال وكان عنده سكون وعدم شر ومات فى صفر سنة ٧١٢
