    ١٥٣٠ - الحسن بن على بن سرور بن سليمان الشيخ بدر الدين ابو محمد النشاوى (¬٣) ابن خطيب الحديثة ولد سنة ٧٣٦ واشتغل فى صباه وحصل وتميز ثم ترك واقبل على العبادة وكان يصوم يوما ويفطر يوما ويقوم الليل دائما ويتحرى وسطه ويكثر التلاوة والذكر وكان حسن الشكل نير الوجه يبسط (¬٤) من يحادثه فاذا خلا وحده فما هو الا الذكر والصلاة والتلاوة ومطالعة كتب الفقراء والزهد (¬٥) وكان قوى الفهم جيد البحث حسن المسائلة والاجوبة قال الشيخ شهاب الدين ابن حجي لم يكن فى الفقهاء اعبد منه مات فى شهر رمضان سنة ثمانى مائة *
