    ١٤٩٦ - الحسن بن احمد بن عطاء بن حسن بن عطاء بن جبير بن جابر بن وهبالاذرعى ابو محمد الحنفى بدر الدين ابن عم القاضى للحنفية بدمشق شمس الدين ابن عطاء ولد بحلب سنة ٦٢٤ (¬١) ووجد اسمه فى اوراق السامعين على ابن الزبيدى فى البخارى بفوت وذلك فى نصف رجب سنة ٧٠٦ فحدث وسمع منه جماعة ومات فى تاسع شهر رمضان سنة ٧٠٩ قال البرزالى كان احد الشهود بقصر حجاج (¬٢) وظهر اسمه فى اوراق السماع على ابن الزبيدى سنة ٧٠٦ وكنا نعرفه ونعرف كبر سنه *
