    ٩٧١ - إسماعيل بن يحيى (¬٥) بن إسماعيل بن طاهر بن نصر اللّه بن جهبل محيي الدين اخو شهاب الدين المقدم ذكره ولد سنة ٦٦٦ وترباهو واخوه يتيمين فتفقها وتميزا وسمع محيى الدين هذا من يحيى بنالصيرفي وشمس الدين ابن عطاء فى آخرين خرج له عنهم البرزالى وتفقه بابن المقدسى وابن الوكيل ودرس وافتى وناب فى الحكم بدمشق ثم ولى قضاء طرابلس وبيده مرسوم ان يحكم حيث حل وكانت له دربة بالاحكام وثروة ومات سنة ٧٤٠ فى شهر رمضان منها ارخه ابن رافع وغيره *
