    ٤١٠ - احمد بن عبد الحميد (¬٢) بن على بن داود الهذلى الصعيدى ثم الارمنتي سراج الدين ولد بارمنت من صعيد مصر الاعلى سنة ٦٤٤ واشتغلبقوص فاخذ عن الشيخ مجد الدين القشيرى واذن له فى الفتوى ثم قدم مصر فاخذ عن علمائها واعاد بمدرسة زين التجار وسمع من … (¬١) وصنف التصانيف منها المسائل المهمة فى اختلاف الائمة ومنها كتاب الجمع والفرق وباشر قضاء قوص وغيرها وكان مشكور السيرة قال الاسنوى كان فى الفقه اما ما مع فضيلة تامة فى الاصول والنحو وغير ذلك وعمر الى ان لم يبق بمصر فى الفتوى اقدم منه وكان حسن المحاضرة يحسن الادب ونظم الشعر واقام بقوص الى ان لسعه ثعبان بظاهر قوص فمات فى ربيع الآخر سنة ٧٢٥ *
