    ٣٦٧ - احمد بن زاكي بن احمد البالسى الخواص سمع من الفخر ابن البخارى وغازى الحلاوى والفخر عبد الرحمن الحنبلى وغيرهم * قالالذهبى فى المعجم المختص حدث وطلب بنفسه وكان فيه دين وتعفف * قال وسمع معى مات فى اول سنة ٧٤١ ببلبيس وقيل فى آخر ذى الحجة سنة ٧٤٠ * قلت وروى عنه جماعة منهم الجمال الاسيوطي (¬١) وشيخنا ابو الفرج ابن الغزى ومن مسموعه على الفخر عمل يوم وليلة لابن السنى انا الكندى * وقرأت بخط البدر النابلسى كان عابدا صالحا خيرا ثم انقطع وصار يتقوت من عمل الخوص وصار طويل الفكرة عديم الضحك كثير المراقبة *
