٢٢٩ - ز: خالد بن المهاجر بن خالد بن الوليد (¬٣): روى عن عمر ولم يدركه، قاله في التهذيب (¬٤).قال المُراجع: قول المزي "روى عن عمر" فيه نظر فإنه لم يصح سند إلى خالد بن المهاجر عن عمر ﵁ فليس له سوى حديث واحد عن عمر ﵁ في تاريخ دمشق (١٦/ ٢١٢ رقم ١٩١٩) وفي إسناده عبد الله بن حكيم الداهري وهو واه (المقتنى في سرد الكنى رقم ٧٨٥). ويؤيد ذلك أن من روى عن خالد هم من صغار التابعين إلا الزهري وهم محمد بن أبي يحيى وإسماعيل بن رافع وثور بن يزيد (تهذيب التهذيب رقم ٣/ ١٢٠) وعليه جعله ابن حجر في الطبقة الثالثة (تقريب التهذيب رقم ١٦٧٩).
