    ٢١ - أحزاب، أبو رُهْم السماعي (¬٣)، من أهل الشام، قال أبو حاتم: ليست له صحبة. قال العلائي: هو ابن أسيد بفتح الهمزة وقيل: بضمها، روى له ابنماجه عن النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حديث: "من أفضل الشفاعة أنْ يشفع بين الاثنين في النكاح". قال البخاري: هو تابعي (¬١). انتهى.
