    ٢٧٠٥ - د: شعيب بن خالد البَجَليّ الرَّازِيّ قاضي الرَّيّ على أهل الذِّمَّة. عن عطاء بن أبي رَبَاح، وسَلَمة بن كهيل، والزُّهْرِيّ، وأبي إسحاق وجماعة.وعنه ابن اخته يَحْيى بن العَلْاء (¬١)، وحَكَّام بن سَلْم، وزُهَيْر بن مُعَاوِية وجماعة. وكان أحد العلماء. قال يحيى بن المُغِيرة: رأيتُه وكان قاضي المَجُوس والدَّهَاقِين، وكان عَنْبَسَة بن سَعِيد قاضي المُسْلمِين. قال "س": ليس به بأس. ذكره ابن حِبَّان في الثقات (¬٢).
