    ٢٥٦٦ - ت: سَهْل بن أسلَم العَدَوِيّ مولاهم البَصْريّ أبو سعيد. عن الحسن، ومُعَاوية بن قُرَّة، وحُمَيد بن هلال، ويزيد بن أبي مَنْصُور - لقيه بأفريقية - وجماعة. وعنه سنان (¬٣) بن حاتم [و] (¬٤) القَوَاريرِيّ، وعبد الله المسنَدِيّ - بفتحالنُّون كما تَّقَدَّم (¬١) - وزِيَاد بن يَحْيَى الحَسَّانِيّ، وأحمد بن المِقْدام العِجْلِيّ وخَلْق. وَثَّقَه أبو داود. وقال أبو حاتم: لا بأس به. وذكره ابن حِبَّان في الثقات. قال الذَّهَبِيّ في زياداته على التهذيب: قلت: توفي سنة (١٨١) أَرَّخَه شَباب (¬٢)، وله في الجَامِع حديث: رَأَى أبو طَلحَة رسول الله ﷺ عَاصِبًا بَطْنَه بِحَجَر من الجُوْع (¬٣).
