    ٢٥٢١ - ٤: سُلَيمان بن عَمْرو العُتْوَارِيّ - بِضَمِّ العين المهملة، ثم مُثَنَّاةفوق ساكنة، وبعد الألف راء، ثم ياء النِّسْبَة -أبو الهَيْثَم المِصرِيّ. عن أبي سَعِيد الخُدْرِيّ، وهو رَبَّاه، وعن أبي هُرَيْرة، وأبي بَصْرة بفتح المُوَحّدَة وإسكان الصَّاد المهملة الغِفَاريّ، واسمه حُمَيْل (¬١) - بضم الحاء المهملة، وفتح الميم، وقيل: بفتح الحاء، وكسر اليم، وقيل: جَمِيل - بفتح الجيم وكسر اليم - بن بَصرة. وعنه دَرَّاج أبو السمح، وكَعْب بن عَلْقَمة، وعبيد الله بن زَحْر - بفتح الزَّاي، وإسكان الحاء المهملة، ثم راء - وجماعة. وَثَّقه ابن مَعِين (¬٢). وذكره ابن حِبَّان في الثقات.
