    ٢٣٩٠ - م، ٤: سَلْم بن عبد الرحمن النَّخَعِيّ الكُوفيّ أخو حُصَيْن - بِضمِّ الحاء وفتح الصَّاد المهملتين. عن وَرَّاد كاتب المُغِيرة، وأبي زُرْعَة البَجَلِيّ، وإبراهيم النَّخَعِيّ وغيرهم. وعنه سفيان الثَّوريّ، وشريك وغيرهما. وَثَّقَه ابن معين. وقال "س": ليس به بأس.وذكره ابن حِبَّان في الثقات. وذكره فِي الميزان، فقال: قَوَّاه ابن مَعِين، واتَّهمه بعضُ الحُفَّاظ، وقال إبراهيم النَّخعيّ: هو كذَّاب (¬١)، ثم تَعَقَّب ذلك الذَّهبيّ بقوله: كنيته أبو عبد الرحيم، وقال أبو حاتم صالح، وذكر كلام النَّسَائيّ، وكلام ابن معين، ثم قال: حَدَّثَ عنه الثوريّ وشَرِيك.
